-Prepare an annual budget for Associations Expenses

-Provide all bookkeeping services

-Maintain the required bank accounts for accounts payable and reserve accounts, monitor balances, and pay bills in a timely manner, bill and collection of all association dues and deposition of it in association accounts

-Attending of Association & Board meetings, including arrangement for meeting locations, recording of meeting minutes, sending out notices of meetings to the Board and Association members.
