Simply put, we are an independent hands-on company, and we take a personal interest in our clients & projects. The projects that we specialize in are as diverse as the Northern Nevada market.  We focus on projects ranging from the smallest tenant improvements to the largest build-to-suit projects, working closely every step of the way, from conception to completion.

Dave Henselman, CCIM has worked on many different projects including property maintenance, extensive remodels, and new construction.  As a former General Contractor and Project Manager, He has been involved with many change-of-use, rehab, and new development projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our team provides the essential detail follow-up that our projects require, and our in-house Property Managers ensure that all projects end up in a turn-key condition, ensuring a flawless management experience.

Our teamwork and relationships with General and Sub-Contractors allow budget friendly, and time efficient completion on building, developing and maintaining small and low rise commercial.  Our team has the experience, resources and time to commit to a project, with a unique hands-on approach.

CPM has performed many different roles in the real estate development process, from General Contractor to Project Manager.  One of the larger projects we have managed involved the use conversion of an industrial space to an indoor soccer/sports facility.  We are currently managing a large multi-facility project from the ground up, in Verdi, NV.

These kinds of projects include everything from leasing to applying for the applicable government permits.  We consult the expertise of architects and engineers for design concepts and structural & seismic reviews.  The use of value engineering helps to control costs and set a budget.  We also prepare a scope of work, obtain bids, hand select qualified General and Sub Contractors, and create a schedule with critical dates and on-site supervision and reporting, as needed.  Furthermore, we approve draws & prepare lien releases.  The work includes building & site improvements, as well.
