Eric Chagnon | Chief Operating Officer provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the firm’s full-service property management division and brokerage support teams. In this role, Eric directs a multidisciplinary team of property management professionals including property accountants, maintenance personnel, property managers, and assistant property managers.

Under Eric’s leadership, CPMNV successfully manages a diverse portfolio exceeding 2 million square feet of commercial real estate, encompassing traditional commercial property management, facilities management, and commercial association management. He plays a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring high service standards, and delivering long-term value to property owners and stakeholders.

Eric is instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with commercial property investors and ownership groups. He works closely with clients to negotiate favorable management agreements, optimize asset performance, and secure long-term tenant partnerships that enhance property stability and financial performance. In addition, Eric coordinates the complex relationships among building owners, financial institutions, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations across CPMNV’s managed portfolio.

He also brings specialized expertise serving as a Court Appointed Receiver, providing oversight, stabilization, and operational management for distressed or court-supervised real estate assets.

Background & Experience

Eric joined CPMNV in 2024 following his relocation from Michigan to Nevada. Prior to joining the firm, he spent nearly a decade as Partner and Director of Operations at NAI Mid-Michigan, where he oversaw property management operations and supported brokerage activities across the firm’s commercial portfolio.

During his tenure, Eric played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s operational infrastructure. He led initiatives focused on improving administrative processes, implementing technical solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency to support sustainable growth and improved financial performance. His leadership contributed to the expansion and increased effectiveness of the firm’s property management services.

Earlier in his career, Eric served as Managing Partner of One Source Realty, a residential real estate firm specializing in REO asset management and disposition throughout the greater Lansing, Michigan region. In this role, he worked closely with financial institutions and asset managers to oversee the management, marketing, and sale of distressed residential properties.
