Erica Kearney | Property Manager oversees commercial properties throughout the Greater Reno, Nevada area. In her role, she focuses on building strong tenant relationships, coordinating property improvements, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently for both owners and occupants.

Erica brings over 15 years of experience in escrow services to her work in property management, providing her with a strong foundation in real estate transactions, attention to detail, and client service. For the past two years, she has applied that experience to commercial property management, where she works closely with tenants, contractors, and ownership to coordinate projects, address operational needs, and maintain high standards across the properties she manages.

Known for her responsiveness and collaborative approach, Erica values clear communication and proactive problem-solving to support both property owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys taking advantage of Northern Nevada’s outdoor lifestyle. She spends her free time skiing, hiking, and supporting her son’s mountain biking team. She also enjoys baking and spending time with her dog.
