Kerry Kozlowski | Property Manager coordinates and manages all aspects of a property’s financial and maintenance activities, including billing, budgeting, reporting, tenant move-ins and move-outs, inspections, enforcement of lease terms and delinquency management.
Prior, Kerry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors), Political Science from the University of Albertaand began her career in institutional public equities, initially conducting equity research for BZW in Seoul then moving in research sales with Credit Lyonnais in New York. Subsequently, she co-managed $750 million under five global and international funds for Lexington Global Management in NJ with responsibility for emerging markets located in Hong Kong/China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and South Korea. She then managed over $350 million in U.S. Equities on behalf of institutions and high net worth investors as Senior Portfolio Manager for First Hawaiian Bank in HI.
Kerry later spent over 12 years in senior Business Development and Client Management roles at Cornerstone Advisors and Coldstream Capital, both Seattle-based wealth management firms. She also created and implemented Cornerstone’s Foundation & Endowment institutional management practice and managed portfolios for endowments, foundations and high net worth families.
She is particularly interested in helping owners to improve, maintain, and add value to their properties through responsive operational management and improved financial management.
