Lisa Read | Director of Leasing & Sales has recently joined Commercial Project Management. She has over 24 years of Brokerage experience in Leasing, Sales, Property Management and Development of Flex Industrial, Class A Office and Retail properties.

As a local, Lisa attended UNR and has lived in the Reno area for most of her life and has witnessed our tremendous growth firsthand.

She has also been fortunate to work with many prestigious developers such as The Ribeiro Corporation, Intrawest, Magnolia Companies, and Simon Property Group. In addition to working for such prestigious large developers she has always kept a focus on maintaining personal relationships. She has always worked in the capacity of Property Management, Leasing and Sales. Through the years, she has been instrumental in the lease up of multiple ground up developments along with maintaining occupancy with effective renewal negotiations.

Locally, through her career, Lisa has been responsible for portfolios consisting of multiple properties that would exceed 500,000 sf and valued at over one hundred million dollars at any one time. She has completed over 150,000 sf of lease transactions valued at well over Twelve million dollars during her tenure with Reno based developers.

As a Regional Director of Leasing with SPG, Lisa was responsible for the training, mentoring and regional deal making necessary for the Region to achieve their budget. She oversaw and trained at least 8 Leasing Reps at any one time.

Lisa is active in her local Rotary Club, she has served two terms on the board as well as Chairing multiple worthwhile committees that have focused on youth literacy and international health projects. She has volunteered for Children’s Cancer Foundation for may years during their annual Horse Show as well as many other worthwhile organizations that help our youth.
